Returns:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization (EA) number.
  • Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery and are subject to availability.
